For my job title I do not get paid enough, but the benefits are better than any I have ever had before. Management is ok, they are two people that I believe really do not have the maturity to be in management. The man is better than the woman though. He is a people pleaser and the woman is not at all. Employees are immature and do not welcome new people at all. The company has a point system that really sucks. The total a person can have is 26, really 25, because once you get to 26 you fired. That number may sound good, but say you call in two hours before your shift you still getting 4 points for the day, or if you come to work and leave early even if it is 30 minutes early you get 2 points. Natural disasters,deaths, family emergencies, sick leave,Even if you die I believe they going to give you 4 points. You have to park a mile away from the front door and if you late guess what 2 points, if you forget to clock in that is a half a point.I have seen at least 8 people since I have started that has quit, because of this. They work you 12 hours a days in a row, one hour lunch break, two ten minute breaks, but we have only one employee bathroom with at least 20 women working here, so guess what your ten minute break is you waiting in line. You are on your feet all day. There is no where to seat even if we are slow. Then after your 12 hour work week you go to the next week where you work six days in a row and have only one day off Sunday, then you go back to work for four days,12 hour shifts. Your body is so worned out till its not funny.
